You must read and agree to the disclaimer before using WinForcer.
This download is in WinZip format. Once downloaded run setup.exe. You can test WinForcer by clicking on the Start Button, Programs, WinForcer, WinForce Client. This will block access to programs using a default configuration. To suspend WinForcer double click in the red W in the icon tray (usually in the bottom right hand corner where the clock is). Then click the Suspend button and enter the password 'norun'. You can change the password and the programs you wish to block by running WinForce Config from either the client or Start Button
